Principals or assistant principals are requested to act as the designee between teachers and the maintenance personnel for their building. Requests for maintenance from teachers should be made on the attached Request for Maintenance form and sent to the school's principal or their designee. All staff/faculty members should save a copy of the form on their computer so it will be readily available when a request is needed.
The principal or their designee should email the completed form to Jack Cook at firstname.lastname@example.org and Kaci Nobles at email@example.com. Please follow up to make sure the problem is handled in a timely manner. If it is an emergency maintenance situation, the principal or their designee should call Jack Cook at (229) 269-5080.
