Extensions are all 4 digits now. By dialing the
extension number of a phone you should be able to connect to
most phones within the system directly without going through
the receptionist. |

To transfer a call press "Transfer" then the extension.
Do not put the caller on hold. |

To dial a local outside number you must dial 9 then the
area code (even if its 229) then the number. This will be
the standard for all phones in the Valdosta area soon. |

To dial a long distance outside number you must dial 9,
then 1, the area code, then the number. |
| 5. |
Everyone has Voicemail including the classrooms that
have phones. Dial 6095 from your extension then follow the
instructions to set it up for the first time. Your user id
is your 4 digit extension number. Please make up a PIN
number, do not leave it blank. |

To check your Voicemail dial 6095 from your extension
then enter your pin number. Follow the instructions. Press
"1" for YES |
