VCS 2020-2021 Instructional Options - Make Your Declaration

VCS will offer two options for families, a traditional in-person model and a virtual learning model. VCS 2020-2021 Instructional Options

Option 1 is automatic for all enrolled students, however, we do need to know if you will need to use student transportation.  If so, please fill out this form.

Families choosing the Virtual Learning Model (Option 2) must complete the Virtual Learning Registration Form and Commitment Agreement either in person at a school by 4:00 pm or online by 6:00 pm, July, 16, 2020.  Doing so will allow time for VCS staff to assign your child to a virtual class and provide the appropriate training to virtual teachers. Please note – submitting a Virtual Learning Registration Form confirms that your child will not attend in-person classes beginning August 6, 2020.

Parents can also stop by the Valdosta Board of Education at 1204 Williams Street to complete a paper copy of the Virtual Learning Registration Form and Commitment Agreement.

If your child is new to Valdosta City Schools for Fall Semester 2020 and you have not enrolled in our district, please complete the registration process prior to submitting the information on either commitment.
