VCS has received numerous calls from families who did NOT apply for the P-EBT card but have now received one in the mail. It appears that the state had money left over after families who applied from July to September received their cards. The state has issued cards to every remaining student eligible for the P-EBT in the Georgia who did NOT apply during the months of July through September. Those cards are reaching mailboxes this week and people have lots of questions.
