Valdosta City Schools uses the 1CAT help request system. Request may be entered from any computer connected to the internet. The 1Cat system will automatically generate a help desk ticket and assign it to the technician that handles your particular issue. You will receive a return email from SchoolDude with the ticket number and any related comments. The 1Cat System will also generate periodic reports that will be emailed to you to keep you informed about the status of your request.
