Our K–5 mathematics teachers recently engaged in a meaningful day of learning with Ye Na Parrett, Georgia Department of Education Mathematics and ESOL Program Specialist.
Mrs. Parrett guided educators through the foundations of building numeracy in K–5 classrooms, explored Georgia’s curriculum frameworks and instructional units, and strengthened understanding of how mathematical learning objectives progress toward mastery.
