This month's Parent Advisory Meeting was absolutely wonderful. Shout out to our dynamic presenter, Dr. Sheila R. Thomas of Thomas Educational Consulting and Training. Dr. Thomas engaged everyone by sharing strategies to help build vocabulary and reading skills for all children. She gave out some awesome prizes to everyone as they answered questions throughout the presentation. Parents were also able to complete the Georgia Health Survey after hearing about how to be active in their child’s education.
