This morning, Pinevale Elementary School joined the Greater Lowndes Coalition of Highway Safety for the 25th annual Walk Your Child to School event.
Students, families, educators and community members gathered at the Mildred Hunter Community Center before making the walk to Pinevale Elementary alongside Superintendent Dr. Craig Lockhart and VCS Executive Cabinet members.
More than just a morning walk, this tradition helps students practice safe walking habits while bringing our community together around the importance of pedestrian safety.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, walked alongside our students and helped make this milestone year so special!
