This morning, Valdosta City Schools bus route 3002, transporting students to Sallas Mahone Elementary School, was involved in a minor traffic accident. As a precaution, emergency responders were called to the scene and quickly ensured everyone’s safety.
All students and the driver were evaluated by EMTs and have been cleared to return to school, with no visible injuries reported. A replacement bus is on the way to safely transport students to campus so they can continue their day.
