Valdosta City Schools will observe an Asynchronous Learning Day on March 13, 2026. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in parent-teacher conferences scheduled throughout the day.
Conferences will provide an opportunity to discuss the student’s academic progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and to review the School–Parent Compact and district policies.

If you are a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade parent and want to know what kinds of questions are on the Georgia Milestone, come out on Saturday, March 7th, to practice with your child. We will have family practice session as well as information about your child’s current level of learning. GMAS is a family affair; come out and let's learn together. Please note that March 14th and 21st are GMAS practice days for students only.

Calling all 3rd–5th grade girls! We are searching for the first ever Little Miss W.G. Nunn. This is a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership, and build lasting relationships with peers💫

Participants must:
✔️ Be in good academic standing
✔️ Demonstrate positive behavior
✔️ Attend all required practices

📝 Deadline: Applications are due on February 26th.

This pageant is more than crowns and titles. It’s about building confidence, developing leadership skills, and creating lasting memories. 💫
