Our 5th grade students at WG Nunn are currently studying plant and animal cells. Last week in Ms. DeWeese’s STEM Lab students had the opportunity to use microscopes to get a closer look of a plant epidermis. After viewing the plant cells within the small sample students drew an illustration of what they saw while looking into the microscope. Great job 5th graders! #cells #STEM #Nunnbetter #sciencerocks

Yesterday was an inspiring day in Mrs. Sharp's 4th grade class! 🌟 We explored the 7 Habits of Happy Kids and created vision boards for 2025! 🖼️ Students thought deeply about improving their physical, mental, spiritual, and social-emotional health. They even wrote personal mission statements to commit to goals like getting better grades, spending more time with family, and taking better care of themselves. What goals do you have for the future? Share with us! 💬✨
