This year, our Competition Cheer program at Valdosta High School focused on building skill and teamwork at the Junior Varsity level, giving underclassmen from both our JV and Varsity sideline teams the chance to grow and shine. The hard work paid off—our Wildcats competed in three competitions and took 1st place in all of them!
Balancing both sideline and competition responsibilities hasn’t been easy, but these ladies have handled it with true Wildcat grit. Huge thanks to the parents for supporting their athletes through long practices and high expectations.
Next up: the Gameday Competition in Columbus, Georgia, on December 4th, where our girls will showcase what they do best on game day! Let’s keep cheering them on!
