Sallas Mahone Elementary School had an amazing visit from Nana’s Books Foundation on April 17th!
2,788 books were purchased and distributed
Every student received a Scholastic book
Teachers received classroom library sets
Additional books were donated to our school and public library
Total impact: $11,480 in books
Students enjoyed 3 assemblies and classroom read-alouds focused on the importance of reading and supporting those with special needs.
