On April 17, 2026, the Valdosta High School IB Program hosted its annual celebration highlighting cultural diversity while providing students with a fun and meaningful experience. Students brought dishes representing countries from around the world, creating a delicious cultural showcase that honors our international students and brings awareness to global cuisine.
In addition to offering one of the most rigorous academic programs, the IB Program actively promotes and embraces cultural diversity as a core principle—cultivating internationally minded students who appreciate and respect different cultures.
The celebration also provides an opportunity for relaxation and team building as seniors prepare for upcoming exams. This year’s food festival was one for the books, as the IB Coordinator shared that his plate was the best he has ever had at the event.
