This summer, students participating in the VCS 21st Century Summer STREAM Camp enjoyed a meaningful blend of academic instruction and enrichment experiences.
In Ms. Griffin's math class, students participated in an engaging lesson on Ways to Write Numbers. During the activity, students worked with numbers up to the hundred-thousand place and practiced writing them in expanded form and standard form.
Through hands-on learning experiences like this, students strengthened their number sense, built confidence in their math skills, and discovered that learning can be both meaningful and fun. We are proud of all they accomplished during this year's Summer STREAM Camp!
