The annual Valdosta City Schools Fall Welcome Guide is being mailed this week to every VCS household. Inside you'll find important information about the upcoming school year, including school contacts, calendars, transportation information, nutrition services, and much more.

📋 Complete Your Student Information Update
If you do not receive your Fall Welcome Guide in the mail, it could mean we do not have your family's current mailing address or contact information.
All parents and guardians of returning Valdosta City Schools students are required to complete the 2026-2027 Student Information Update through the Parent Portal. Keeping your information current helps ensure your child receives important district communications and supports transportation, health, and safety services.
To complete the update:
Log in to the Parent Portal: https://campus.gocats.org/campus/portal/valdosta.jsp
Select More from the navigation menu.
Choose Student Information Update.
Complete the form and click Submit.
If you do not have a Parent Portal account, simply select New User on the login page and follow the instructions.
If you have questions, please contact your child's school.

Will your child be riding a Valdosta City Schools bus this year?
Please complete the Register to Ride form so our Transportation Department can prepare routes for the upcoming school year.

🏫 Need to Register a Student?
If your child has not yet been registered for the 2026-2027 school year, join us for our Registration Event:

Lowndes County Health Department
Families will have access to registration assistance as well as many required health services in one convenient location.
