Students participating in the Valdosta City Schools 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Program recently had an exciting opportunity to meet and interact with guest speakers from Moody Air Force Base!
During their visit, students learned about career opportunities available in the United States Air Force, explored different career paths, and gained insight into the skills, education, and training needed to pursue these opportunities.
We appreciate our guest speakers for taking the time to share their experiences, inspire our students, and encourage them to think about the possibilities for their future!

Heads up, Wildcat families! We're making a small change to this week's school lunch menus!
Wednesday and Thursday's menus are swapping days. Students will enjoy Thursday's scheduled meal on Wednesday and Wednesday's scheduled meal on Thursday.
Wednesday will feature BBQ pork stuffed potato, corndog, & baked beans.
Thursday will feature pretzel dog, pork roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, & dinner roll.
All other menus will remain the same. Thank you for your understanding!
There will be NO SCHOOL October 12–16. We hope everyone enjoys a safe and restful week filled with family time and relaxation! 💛
📚 Classes resume Monday, October 19. We look forward to seeing our scholars refreshed and ready to learn!

Thank you to all of our families who joined us last week for an evening of learning, laughter, and fun! 💛🖤 Parents jumped right in with our “Crack the Code” activity 🕵️♀️🔐 and then worked alongside their scholars to read and follow directions to make Rice Krispies Treats—a sweet surprise that made learning even more engaging! 🍚🥄❤️
