A huge shout out to our lunchroom staff at WG Nunn. Today they not only provided breakfast and lunch to all of our students. But they went over and above by packing meals for our students during the troubling weather. THANK YOU! 🙌🏼🎉

📚 Understanding Asynchronous Days for Our Young Learners! 🏫 Dear Elementary Parents, We want to help you understand what an asynchronous day means for our little ones! 🔍 What is an Asynchronous Day? An asynchronous day is when students learn at their own pace without live classes. This may include completing assignments, watching videos, or working on fun projects! 🕒 Why is it Important? Flexibility: Kids can choose when to do their work! Self-Paced Learning: They can take the time they need to understand the material. Independence: It helps them become responsible learners. 📝 Tips for Success: Create a Fun Learning Space: A cozy spot can make learning enjoyable! Stay Involved: Check in with your child and ask about their activities. Encourage Breaks: Remind them to take breaks to play and recharge! Together, we can make asynchronous days fun and productive! #AsynchronousLearning #ElementaryEducation #ParentEngagement #LearningAtHome #nunnbetter

Comprehension questions were asked, laughter was heard, & Kona Ice was eaten! Can't wait to see you at the next parent night!
