What an honor to be supported by such wonderful Community Partners. A big thank you to the Langdale Foundation and Greg Powell for helping support our school for Teacher Appreciation week coming up!

Members of the W. G. Nunn Beta Club along with sponsors Mrs. McCall and Mrs. Cardella had the opportunity to visit the Lowndes County Animal Shelter on Saturday, April 20th. The students and sponsors arrived bearing gifts for the animals waiting to be adopted. The friendly staff at the shelter welcomed them by giving them a tour and allowed them to interact with the animals. The Beta members also enjoyed making pet treat piñatas for the animals. It was a great way for the students to serve the community. The Beta club will also present a check to the animal shelter soon from the funds raised during their “Pops for Pets” fundraiser held recently at W. G. Nunn.
